Relax Gaming Launches JPX Jackpot Solution for Existing Casino Games

Relax Gaming has introduced JPX, a new jackpot solution designed to give casino operators an additional way to monetise their existing game portfolios through an optional side bet.

The new product creates a customisable jackpot layer that can be added to existing casino offerings, while allowing operators to build the experience around their own brand and commercial strategy.

A jackpot layer built around existing games

JPX uses established integrations to support a faster rollout, with Relax Gaming providing the underlying technology and jackpot modelling.

Operators can customise key elements of the experience, including the jackpot name, colours and fonts. They can also determine the RTP and control how the jackpot mechanics fit into their wider casino proposition.

The solution is designed as an optional side bet, giving players the choice of whether to participate rather than changing the core gameplay of the games they already play.

Players can choose how they participate

A dynamic information ribbon is another central feature of JPX. It highlights jackpot levels approaching their must-fall point and provides calls to action designed to keep players aware of upcoming opportunities.

The system also offers flexible opt-in tiers, with different contribution levels intended to accommodate a range of player preferences.

According to Relax Gaming, this combination gives operators more control over both the commercial structure and presentation of jackpot play.

More features planned for JPX

Relax is already planning further additions to the platform as JPX develops.

Future updates are expected to include free bets and community jackpots, expanding the ways operators can use the solution to add engagement around their existing casino content.

Martin Stålros, CEO of Relax Gaming, said JPX had been in development for a considerable period and was created to give operators greater control over how jackpot play is integrated into their casino offering.

He added that operators can shape everything from branding to the frequency of jackpot drops, while using the solution as an additional engagement and revenue tool.

Relax expands its casino technology offering

The launch of JPX adds another product to Relax Gaming’s growing technology portfolio and reflects the company’s focus on giving operators tools that can be deployed across existing casino content.

Rather than requiring a separate game portfolio, the jackpot layer is designed to work alongside games already available to players, potentially allowing operators to introduce jackpot mechanics without replacing their current content strategy.

Relax said JPX is only the beginning, with additional functionality expected as the product develops in line with market demand.
