ICONIC21 has launched a new Client Area, giving operators a single online destination for accessing the provider’s game information, compliance documents, promotional materials and upcoming release plans.
Introduced on 27 August 2026, the self-service platform was developed in partnership with Orange Synapse as ICONIC21 continues to expand its portfolio across live casino, slots, RNG and other gaming formats.
The new platform is designed to replace the traditional back-and-forth involved in requesting individual files or technical information from account managers. Operators can now search the catalogue, download assets and access key game details directly from their accounts.
Everything operators need in one platform
The Client Area includes dedicated sections for game data, media packs, compliance documentation, promotions, technical information, news and the company’s roadmap.
Operators can use advanced filters to find games and materials by vertical, format or jurisdiction. Media packs can be downloaded individually or in bulk, while game pages provide technical specifications, launch aliases, RTP information and integrated demo access.
The compliance section brings together certificates organised by vertical and market, with bulk downloads also available.
Another key feature is the release roadmap, which gives partners visibility into upcoming titles, estimated launch dates and when promotional assets are expected to become available.
Access is provided through individual accounts created by ICONIC21, with operators able to request additional users through their account managers.
Irina Birsanescu, Chief Marketing Officer at ICONIC21, said the platform was developed as the provider’s portfolio expanded and partners needed a more efficient way to work with its growing range of content.
She described the Client Area as an investment in the operator relationship, designed to make access to information and assets “cleaner, more transparent, and genuinely easier to work with.”
The platform was developed by Orange Synapse, whose co-founder Roxana Nazalu said the goal was to create an infrastructure capable of scaling alongside ICONIC21’s rapidly growing portfolio.
The launch follows several commercial developments for ICONIC21 during 2026, including new distribution agreements and further expansion of its live casino, slot and RNG offering.
