GiG Extends LuckyDays Partnership With New Three-Year Platform Deal

GiG Software has secured a new three-year agreement with long-term partner LuckyDays, extending a collaboration that has supported the operator’s expansion across regulated markets since 2019.

The renewed deal will see LuckyDays continue using GiG’s Platform alongside its DataX customer intelligence technology and LogicX business rules engine, providing the infrastructure and automation needed to support its next phase of international growth.

LuckyDays Expands Into Another Regulated Market

The partnership has already supported LuckyDays across several regulated jurisdictions in Europe, Latin America and Canada.

The latest expansion has taken the collaboration into Alberta, following the province’s move towards a regulated online gaming market.

For GiG, the Alberta launch adds another milestone to a relationship that has grown alongside LuckyDays’ entry into new jurisdictions.

GiG Brings Platform, Data and Automation Together

At the centre of the renewed agreement is GiG’s technology ecosystem.

Its Player Account Management (PAM) platform provides the core infrastructure, while DataX delivers real-time customer intelligence and engagement capabilities. LogicX adds a business rules engine designed to automate and personalise operational processes.

Together, the technologies allow LuckyDays to adapt its offering across different regulated markets while maintaining a consistent technology foundation.

The setup also supports player personalisation, operational efficiency and regulatory compliance as the operator continues to scale.

Three More Years of Collaboration

GiG CEO Richard Carter said the renewal demonstrates the strength of the technology and relationship built between the two companies over the past six years.

He highlighted the ability to provide reliable and scalable infrastructure across complex regulated markets as operators continue to pursue international expansion.

LuckyDays Director of Product & Tech Simon Herchel said GiG’s platform, data capabilities and ongoing product development have played an important role in allowing the operator to expand with confidence.

The new agreement will now extend the partnership through another three-year period, with both companies targeting further opportunities in regulated markets.

GiG Strengthens Its B2B Position

The renewal gives GiG another long-term partnership with an operator operating across multiple regulated jurisdictions.

With LuckyDays continuing to enter new markets, including Alberta, GiG will remain responsible for providing the platform infrastructure, customer intelligence and automation tools supporting that expansion.

The agreement underlines GiG’s strategy of positioning its technology as a scalable foundation for operators looking to grow internationally while meeting the demands of increasingly complex regulatory environments.
