ICONIC21 is taking its AI-powered blackjack concept into a neon-lit Miami setting with the launch of iDealer Boulevard Blackjack, a new version of its RNG blackjack product focused on personalisation and interactive dealer technology.
The release builds on the provider’s original iDealer Blackjack, which ICONIC21 says attracted strong player interest and led to an expansion of the product from two tables to six.
Rather than simply giving the game a new look, the new Boulevard edition is designed to demonstrate how far the AI dealer concept can be customised for different operators and audiences.
A blackjack dealer that remembers players
At the centre of the experience is an AI-powered dealer designed to behave more like a digital host than a traditional RNG-game presenter.
The dealer can greet players by their nickname, hold conversations, remember previous interactions and communicate in multiple languages.
That approach gives the otherwise automated blackjack format a more personalised feel, with the AI character effectively becoming part of the gaming experience.
Miami-inspired setting and more tables
The new version moves the action to a stylised Miami boulevard, complete with neon visuals and a custom-designed table.
Players can choose from four blackjack tables, with betting limits ranging from 5 to 5,000, creating options for both lower-stakes and higher-stakes play.
The Miami setting is also being used as a showcase for ICONIC21’s wider customisation capabilities.
Operators can increasingly influence elements such as the dealer’s appearance, voice, personality and speech style, allowing the experience to be adapted to individual brands and markets.
From RNG blackjack to personalised experiences
The launch represents another step in ICONIC21’s push to combine traditional casino formats with AI-driven interaction.
The company’s original iDealer Blackjack was its first RNG title to feature an AI-powered dealer. Following the response to that product, the studio expanded the number of available tables and developed Boulevard Blackjack as a more extensive demonstration of the technology.
Edvardas Sadovskis, Chief Product Officer at ICONIC21, said the response to the original product exceeded expectations and encouraged the company to explore the technology further.
According to Sadovskis, the growing range of customisation options could eventually allow operators to shape the AI dealer’s personality around their own brand.
That could make iDealer Boulevard Blackjack interesting not only as another blackjack title, but also as a glimpse at how AI personalities could become a more visible part of online casino content.
