Evoplay is adding a new twist to its 2026 slot line-up with Honey Royale, a bee-themed 5×3 title built around a fixed Queen Bee wild that can unlock Cash and Jackpot prizes across the game.
Launched on 3 September, the slot puts its Queen Bee at the centre of the action, with the character locked to the middle position of the third reel and acting as a wild throughout key features.
Queen Bee unlocks the prizes
The main mechanic kicks in when the Queen Bee lands alongside Cash or Jackpot symbols.
This activates the Unlock & Win feature, collecting the prizes displayed on the reels and awarding them to the player.
Evoplay has also added several variations to keep the collector mechanic active. Queen Bee Spin guarantees the Queen Bee on the third reel while adding Cash and Jackpot prizes, while Jackpot Rewind can adjust reel positions to reveal additional rewards.
Queen Bee Rewind provides another route into the feature by turning the centre position of the third reel into the Queen Bee when she does not land naturally.
Locked wild takes over Free Spins
Honey Royale’s Free Spins mode gives the Queen Bee an even more prominent role.
Players can trigger six Free Spins by landing one Honey Pot, while two Honey Pots award 12 spins. Once the feature begins, the Queen Bee remains permanently locked in the centre of the third reel as a persistent wild.
Queen Bee Spin and Jackpot Rewind appear more frequently during Free Spins, while Honey Pots can retrigger the feature and add more spins.
Cash and Jackpot symbols collected during the feature continue to feed into Unlock & Win, giving the bonus round a strong focus on prize collection rather than standard free-spin wins.
Boosters and Free Spins buy option
Players can increase their chances of reaching the bonus round through Booster and Super Booster options.
Honey Royale also includes a direct Free Spins purchase, allowing players to buy either six or 12 spins.
