Regulation Update

GAMOMAT Expands European Reach with New Malta Gaming Authority Licence

GAMOMAT is taking another step into Europe’s regulated iGaming landscape after securing a B2B supplier licence from the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA).

The approval gives the independent casino games developer the green light to distribute its online portfolio to operators licensed in Malta, opening the door to a broader network of regulated partners.

For GAMOMAT, the licence represents more than another regulatory milestone. It forms part of the supplier’s wider strategy to expand its presence across established European markets while maintaining a strong focus on compliance and product quality.

Malta licence opens new commercial opportunities

With the new B2B approval in place, GAMOMAT can make its casino content available to operators holding licences under Malta’s regulatory framework.

The company sees the move as an opportunity to bring its portfolio to a wider audience while strengthening relationships with operators looking for content that meets the requirements of regulated markets.

Joss Webster, Head of Commercial at GAMOMAT, described the approval as an important moment in the company’s European expansion.

The new licence, he said, will allow GAMOMAT to extend the reach of titles already trusted by its partners and players, while reinforcing its focus on quality, performance and compliance.

Compliance at the centre of expansion strategy

The Malta approval also adds another layer to GAMOMAT’s regulatory credentials at a time when suppliers are increasingly looking to expand through licensed jurisdictions rather than unregulated opportunities.

GAMOMAT Chief Strategy Officer Sebastian Reddig highlighted the international reputation of the MGA and said the licence would allow the company to present its games catalogue to a larger pool of operators.

For GAMOMAT, regulatory approval is therefore becoming a key part of its growth strategy — helping the supplier enter new markets while ensuring its content can be delivered within established compliance frameworks.

A wider European footprint

The latest approval strengthens GAMOMAT’s position among suppliers targeting Europe’s regulated casino sector.

With access to Malta’s licensed operator ecosystem now secured, the company can continue building its distribution network and pursuing further opportunities across regulated markets.

The move underlines a broader industry trend: as regulation becomes increasingly important to operators and suppliers alike, holding the right licences can be just as valuable as having a strong game portfolio.

For GAMOMAT, the Malta licence provides another platform from which to scale its European ambitions.
