Mindway AI has completed a multi-market rollout of its GameScanner player protection technology with Super Technologies, bringing AI-driven behavioural monitoring to the operator’s operations across six countries.
The phased deployment covers Brazil, Belgium, Romania, Poland, Greece and Serbia, giving Super Technologies a single system for identifying potential gambling-related risk across its player base.
AI monitors player behaviour across six markets
GameScanner combines machine learning with human expert assessment to analyse player activity and generate individualised risk scores.
The technology is designed to identify behavioural indicators associated with gambling harm, allowing operators to spot potentially risky patterns earlier and intervene before they escalate.
Mindway AI describes GameScanner as a “virtual psychologist”, using behavioural analysis to complement traditional responsible gambling tools based on fixed thresholds or individual triggers.
For Super Technologies, deploying the system across all six markets means player protection can be supported through a common technology framework despite differences between local regulatory environments.
From reactive support to continuous monitoring
The rollout represents a move towards more continuous player monitoring rather than relying primarily on reactive interventions.
GameScanner can assess behavioural patterns across the operator’s player base and highlight accounts that may require further attention from compliance or responsible gambling teams.
Chris Binham, VP Compliance at Super Technologies, said the technology combines neuroscience, artificial intelligence and human expertise to identify early indicators of gambling-related harm.
He added that the objective is to detect potential problems before they escalate and provide greater support and protection for players.
Super Technologies expands its technology focus
The deployment comes as Super Technologies continues to develop its international operations and broader technology strategy.
The Bucharest-headquartered group, formerly known as Superbet, rebranded as Super Technologies in December 2025 as it expanded its positioning beyond traditional sports betting and gaming.
The company has also continued investing in international growth, with Brazil among its active markets alongside several European jurisdictions.
The new GameScanner deployment gives the operator a unified player-protection layer across those markets while supporting its compliance commitments.
Mindway AI continues global expansion
For Mindway AI, the agreement further expands the reach of GameScanner, which is now active across more than 73 jurisdictions spanning Europe, North America, Latin America and Australia.
The company has previously deployed its technology with operators and regulators including Sweden’s ATG and the Hellenic Gaming Commission.
